| One is always conscious of ones bank account. How much money is there and how much is expected this month. As the bank balance depends upon credits and debits, so our weight depends upon the number of calories taken and burnt during a day. Unless we keep the balance, any regime of weight loss will not work.
While deciding about our breakfast or lunch we many a time overlook the calorie count. It may be permissible on some occasions but not every day. What we generally forget to take into account is many small entries. For example, every time we go for some drink we consume a lot of calories. A beverage, if replaced with simple water will spare us of hundreds of calories, multiply that byh the number of drinks we have in a day or week, also count tea and coffee,.3500 calories mean an extra pound on our body. Likewise keep an account of debit side also. The number of calories we burn in a day should not be less than our intake of calories. If the credit is more, forget the idea of weight loss and think about balancing the two. For any weight loss program to succeed it is necessary that the debit i.e. burning of calories should be more than the number of calories intake. Go for an extra mile to keep the balance right. |
